Looking back makes my fps drop from 40-60 to 15.

edit2: Another bug which has been there a long time: If in custom view (for example passenger seat) and you look (w, e) towards the driver the dials lock.

[dSRC]Chris gave me a quick tutorial on making skins and this is one of my latest creations.

Ford GT
Myself and a few other drivers think the Ford GT (FZ50) skins are the dog's b****cks and would really like to contact who it was that made them.
A PM would do.
Skins names (LFS-W) are FZ5_FORDGTBLA, FZ5_FORDGTRED, FZ5_FORDGTYEL etc.
I've tried to change the colours on them myself, but we'd prefer to talk to this person.

Fern Bay sound resonance.

As a dedicated CLC fan (and member) who drives on Caribbean Cruise 90% of the time I've been wanting to edit the horns and have done so succesfuly. However, there seems to be a resonance problem on Fern Bay (Black). Keeping in mind the original sound has no apparent resonance whatsoever and it being difficult to hear resonance from simple car horns, it seems the track properties need updating/editing.

Somebody recently explained that FE was still at S1 status so perhaps that explains this?

I think there might be more to it... PM me if you want to know why I think this...
I wish I had a supply of money which could handle that. It lookst great, but I think using CRTs and their wide edges is wishful thinking. 
I'm not really a good racer, but I have remained of the opinion that if you can then do so. If you're new to the game just make sure you don't crash. 
*psst* Don't forget we have an LFS News website... Unfortunately it doesn't get used by as many people as we would like, but it's nice to have.

Server 1 is back. Apparently there was a powercut at the datacentre.
We appreciate all the opinions given, but please post complaints on our own forum, because this topic is more of a discussion place.
Another thing... if you have a complaint about anyone, please provide proof, because without it we aren't able to do anything!
Obviously if many people complain about one person things would be different, but it's not easy if people say one thing and expect us to take their word for it.

If you are impressed, good, but as long as you give credit if someone asks them - if you share them that is.
I personally think they're just okay, better than V's originals (sorry devs), but the RB4 has that bubbly/gargly sound which doesn't sound good imo.

If there's no officer by that name then there's something you aren't telling us. A cadet cannot bust you from robbing the bank. Also, why not talk to the officer(s) who opened the bank?

What we want you to realise is that it's already difficult enough to keep everyone satisfied and it makes it a bit more difficult if people are speaking different languages constantly. Our rule is that we would like you to speak English. If you say one or two sentences, fine, but you will be let known that we want you to speak English. I have an F-bind which is "SPEAK ENGLISH, PLEASE!". Now, this bind might seem like I'm annoyed, but I'm not. I use it to ask people also, so don't take it in the wrong way.

I didn't witness this misfortune, but I can say for sure that being calm does help. We all realise there's a huge lack of respect towards people who are new. Especially when they are involved in an accident. I'm not picking sides, but I would like to point out that it's best to just forget about it sooner rather than later, because - like you said - admins can get involved and you'd inevitabely start digging your own grave.
So please - both of you - remain tolerant towards each other and ask/report to an admin if you disagree with someone. In doing so it can be resolved calmly without other people seeing it. That's where a lot of negativity comes from... just seeing someone argue.
As a CLC member I obviously praise ourselves a bit, but the server really can be good when everyone gets along just fine.

Same here about the driving. I think that if more people would look at the minimap whilst driving fast, there'd be a lot less big accidents.
Of course, hardcore mode might be preferred, but it doesn't work when people drive like tits.
